Wok Maintenance

• Do not use detergents, steel rubs or Abrasives to clean the wok. For this, it is suitable to use a dish brush under hot water.
• After washing and drying, insert 1/2 teaspoons of oil in the wok, spread around the entire surface, and soak up the excess with a paper towel.
• Heat the seasoned wok over a medium heat, and continue to wipe away oil as it beads. Once the wok has begun to smoke for about 2 minutes, turn off heat and allow to cool. This process will keep carbon steel ultra nonstick.
• In the less probable case of the appearance of rust, use a steel scrub to remove the rust and don't forget to oil that area and you are good to go.
